What is Shilajit
Shilajit is a black sticky tar-like substance formed when plant matter is broken down over hundreds of years and is sourced from the Himalayan and Altai mountains and taken as a supplement. Himalayan Shilajit is typically Grade A as it is harvested from upto 16000 FT altitudes. Altai Shilajit is typically Grade B as it is harvested from upto 14000 FT altitudes. Shilajit harvested from higher altitudes has been found to contain higher levels of Fulvic Acid and richer in nutrients.
